I often cook things I don't personally like just because PB likes it. One example is steak. I would maybe order a steak once a year or less out in a restaurant, but I hate the way it tastes at home. I buy it anyway and sometimes eat it just to not make two different things for us. Other times I will make it for him and just eat double the vegetables myself and call it a day. If it's something I really don't like, I'll make it upon special request, but won't make it routinely. Sometimes if you don't make it for a while they forget all about it!
